I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a background in both private practice and community mental health. I’ve spent the last several years helping others untangle the past, set healthier boundaries, and build relationships rooted in honesty and mutual respect.
My clinical training includes work with complex family systems, childhood emotional neglect, and relational trauma, and I continue to study how attachment and identity shape mental health.
I offer a balance of warmth and directness. I bring curiosity and compassion into every session, while integrating evidence-based practices like psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and DBT. I hold space for your experience and gently challenge the patterns that no longer serve you.
