  • Do you take insurance?

Yes, I am in-network with United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optom), Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Carelon Behavioral Health and Cigna.

I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement.

Why do some people choose not to use insurance?

Insurance companies require a formal mental health diagnosis and access to your records in order to cover the cost, which can limit confidentiality. They also set restrictions on how often and how long we can meet. By working privately, we have the freedom to focus on your needs without those limits.

What can I expect in a session?

Sessions are a blend of reflection, skill-building, and emotional processing. You don’t need to show up with anything prepared—just bring yourself. Our time together will move at your pace, based on what you’re ready for.

    How often will we meet?

Most clients attend weekly sessions, especially at the beginning. We'll determine a schedule that supports your goals and works with your availability.

    Is online therapy possible?

Yes. Telehealth can be an option depending on the presenting concerns and needs.

If you’re curious about starting therapy, feel free to reach out. I’d be honored to support you as you reconnect with yourself, your values, and your emotional well-being.
