You may not have the language for it— but you feel it.

My work is grounded in attachment theory.

The way we relate to ourselves and others is shaped by our experiences and relationships over time.

In therapy, we’ll look at the patterns that developed, what they may have once helped you manage, and how they may be affecting you now.

Therapy with me is an active process.

I’ll offer warmth, curiosity, and compassion, but I’ll also ask questions, notice patterns, and gently challenge the things that may be keeping you stuck.

Insight matters, but understanding why you do something is not always enough to change it. We may also need to slow down and emotionally process the experiences, beliefs, and relationship patterns that continue to affect you.

Our work will focus on helping you recognize your needs, respond differently, and build healthier patterns in your relationships and daily life.

This is not about “fixing” you, or placing blame on someone else.

It’s about understanding what shaped you so you can make different choices now.
